Mr. Hannan Molla M. Com, FCMA, FCA is the Managing Partner of M Hannan & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He is also Board Member of few Private Companies in Bangladesh.

Mr. Hannan has 20+ years of experiences with 15 years in corporate sector. Mr. Hannan’s expertise also extends to specialized fields such as valuation, feasibility studies, software implementation, system audits, and managing company affairs with Bangladesh’s Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC). Abdul Haque FCA is the Senior Partner of M Hannan & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He has held numerous leadership roles namely, Managing Director & CEO for 12 years in several listed insurance companies such as Eastland Insurance Co. Ltd., Northern Islami Insurance Ltd. & Mercantile Islami Insurance Co. Ltd., CFO & Company Secretary in Federal Insurance Co. Ltd.

He has 44+ years of experience with 34+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate financial sectors. During his long professional career Mr. Haque has served as Senior Manager- KPMG Bangladesh represented by Rahman Rahman Huq (RRH), Chartered Accountants and KPMG Advisory Services Ltd. (KASL), as Chief Accountant- Swede Bangla Ltd., representative firm of AB Sukab, The Swedish Barter Trade Company, Stockholm, Sweden- engaged in export and import, Metro Textile Mills Ltd.-engaged in manufacturing quality fabrics, Audit Manager- M J Abedin & Co., Chartered Accountants, Independent Member Firm of Moore Global Network Limited. Mr. Haque is a life member of KPMG Bangladesh-RRH Associates, Accounting Club & Bangladesh Insurance Executive Club. He was also a member of Central Rating Committee of Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IDRA) & Technical Committee of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA). He has contributed several times as member of Taxation & Corporate laws Committee of ICAB Council.

He takes pride to work as part time faculty in Bangladesh Insurance Academy & Bangladesh Insurance Association. He is engaged with various professional and social welfare communities.

Ms. Ishrat Zebeen ACA is a partner of M Hannan & Co., Chartered Accountants. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant experienced in the field of Audit, Finance & Accounts with demonstrated history of working in manufacturing, aviation/airlines, international courier service industry & reputed Chartered Accountants firms. She is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) & active member of several committees of ICAB Council.

Ms. Ishrat completed her SSC & HSC from Viqarunnisa Noon School & College with GPA 5.00 out of 5.00, BBA from International Islamic University Chittagong with 1st position (CGPA 3.989 out of 4.00) and MBA from Stamford University Bangladesh with 3rd position (CGPA 3.93 out of 4.00) major in Accounting. She has completed CA Articleship (CC) from Islam Quazi Shafique & Co. Chartered Accountants-Member firm of BOKS International & also served as Deputy Manager & later Senior Manager, Audit & Assurance of the firm.

Mr. Md. Hadayet Ullah ACA is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and the partner of M Hannan & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Before starting his practice, he served as consultant to different organizations in the filed management & compliance audit, accounting, feasibility study, direct tax, indirect taxes, Labor Law, companies Act., FDI etc. Before that, he had worked as a Vice President in Ahmed Mashuque & Co., Chartered Accountants (A Member Firm of Crowe Global). Also, he had experience of working in corporates like Abul Khair Group (AKG).

Mr. Hadayet has experience of in providing assurance & audit services, reviewing financial statements, providing advisory services to clients on Accounting, Financial Management, Direct & Indirect taxes, Labor Law, Companies Act and compliance on other acts applicable for corporates in Bangladesh, chamber consultancy on any corporate issues, financial risk analysis & management, corporate tax planning and assessment, advisory on cross border transactions, due diligence, valuation services, management consultancy services, capacity building initiatives etc.

Mr. Mohammad Mujibur Rahman, M.Com., FCMA is the Lead Consultant of M Hannan & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).

Mr. Rahman has 25+ years of experiences in different corporate sector. He has extensive working experience in the giant local group of companies in Bangladesh. He is highly competent in Income Tax, VAT, Customs Act, Legal & Company Secretarial matters, Cost management and Cost Control, Financial and Management Reporting, Financial Analysis, Internal Control & Compliance, Risk Management, Business Operations, RJSC & Regulatory Compliance matters. Mr. Rahman is currently also associated with some multinational & local company as financial consultant.

He provides advisory services to the firm’s clients across industries such as Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Apparel, Chemicals, Engineering, Textiles, RMG (Readymade Garments), Spinning Mills, Food Services, Real Estate, Leather Industries, Fertilizers, LPG, Information Technology, Educational Institutions, Hotels, Hospitals, Charitable Organizations, Foundations and NGOs.The role of Mr. Rahman includes overseeing and managing the firm’s HR, administration marketing, finance & accounts.
